Special thanks to Kathy from Memorial Hall, Joan from Melrose Parks, our volunteers from the Brodeur and Driscoll Family, the students of Operation Remember and the always present Melrose Veterans Memory Project.
We will never forget.
This year's Melrose Memorial Day flag garden highlights the sacrifice of U.S. lives during the Korean War. Volunteers, with permission from the city and the Coolidge Apartments on Main Street, placed 540 Flags around the Melrose Honor Roll. Each flag represents 100 U.S. services members lost during that war era.
Special thanks to Kathy from Memorial Hall, Joan from Melrose Parks, our volunteers from the Brodeur and Driscoll Family, the students of Operation Remember and the always present Melrose Veterans Memory Project. We will never forget.
